1. Look for this bird,which is noble, and a peasant at the same time.
2. What kind of peasant is he? Think about a small business,which has to do with the sea!
3. What kind of nobleman is he? He has the mantle,the mantle of country!
4.Now that you know his family's name, here's his looks: He has a blue robe,a goldish-amber crown and shirt,and a silver collar too!

I've searched everything. I have no clue, the closest thing I could come up with is a macaw. You really got me there!!! BTW, I tried to vote in the poll 3 times, bu tmy computer won't let me fo rsome reason, but i've voted Other 3 times.
